Club Nautico Javea Marina - Marina Berths / Moorings
Welcome Club Nautico Javea Marina The port of Jávea is divided into three sectors. Approach is easy by day or night, thanks to the lighthouse on the San Antonio headland. The port islarge and offers good shelter, although it is open to S/SE winds and easterlies can cause a swell inside. There is limited space for transient yachts; The inner harbour is filled moorings and anchoring is not permitted. The clubhouse offers the usual amenities of bar, restaurant, swimming pool and terrace and one of Jávea's commercial districts is within walking distance. Diesel can be obtained in the fishing port. Jávea is a popular tourist resort with mass development, though there is a modern Parador Nacional (first class government-run hotel) "Costa Blanca" as well. The old town centre is very picturesque and well worth visiting, as is Montgó nature reserve; from the highest point there are spectacular views, including (on a clear day) right across to Ibiza. In the cliff walls there are caves which used to be inhabited. Concession has ended. MARINA FEATURES
